The website and Android app use the same live integrity network
The Android app is a secure WebView container for the canonical inTegraful website, with native support for camera, normal recording audio, foreground-only optional location, notifications, app links, and eligible Google Play Billing flows. Product records and community activity are not split into a separate mobile database.
A shopper can begin with a scan, inspect the product and ingredients, and decide whether the available evidence answers the question. If it does not, the record explains what is missing and provides the appropriate contribution path instead of inventing certainty.
The app also supports SCOOP video reports. Camera and microphone access are requested only when the user enters the recording flow and activates the permission action. The regular product scanner remains camera-only.

Does Scan request microphone access?
No. Product Scan remains camera-only. SCOOP video recording has its own just-in-time camera and microphone permission flow.
